That’s why I tell clients to put a lot of time and effort into their pre-planning, designing and scheduling–it’s a lot easier to change a line on a piece of paper or on a CAD system than it is to move a wall, change a door or a window in the real world.

So once a project is underway, keep going, don’t change anything (unless it’s safety related) and finish.
