Terrace Real Estate Group, operating under Century 21 Explorer Realty Inc, is a team of highly experienced and creative real estate professionals including Nick Cripps, Broker, Simon Case, Realtor and Bruce M Firestone, PhD, Broker/Coach. 

Terrace Investments Limited, originally a real estate development company, started operations in 1956. The company was the original parent company of the NHL’s Ottawa Senators. In more recent years, it has been reborn as Terrace Real Estate Group with Mr Cripps in a leading role.

Nick Cripps is a father of three, a hockey dad and Ottawa native. Nick has 20+ years of experience as an entrepreneur and 10 years as a real estate broker. He helps buyers, sellers, tenants (both commercial and residential), investors and developers execute and realize their real estate and investment goals. Nick started his real estate career in 2010, and by 2013 he was the Broker/Manager, and Trainer of another Ottawa real estate brokerage. A powerful negotiator, he excels at putting together complex transactions that result in harmonious contracts and solutions.

In 2016, Nick teamed up with Bruce M Firestone; a prolific businessperson and founder of the modern-day Ottawa Senators. Shortly thereafter, Simon Case joined the group on a full-time basis. Since then, the team have practiced and refined the foundational principles of real estate portfolio building from basic residential and investment properties to complex land assembly, development and commercial transactions of all types. 

Simon Case was also raised in Ottawa; he has more than seven years in the industry. He made the transition to full time work in 2017. Simon specializes in details and complexities for every transaction and ensures clients are protected via his skill set. He provides clients with the confidence to know that everything is coming together on each day of closing.

Bruce M Firestone, B Eng (Civil), M Eng-Sci, PhD, is an entrepreneur/real estate broker/developer/coach/urban guru/keynote speaker/Sens founder/novelist/columnist/peerless husband/dad. He brings a level of experience that can only be achieved via a lifetime of not only learning-by-doing but also teaching, mentoring and coaching hundreds of clients across North America and beyond.
