The ROI Group was formed to create a forum for interested parties to get together online (and occasionally in the real world too) to speak to issues surrounding the creation of vibrant communities that are sustainable in every way. The idea is to find new, innovative ways to meet multiple “bottom lines” including how to:

  1. develop walkable neighborhoods with all the commercial services they need close by or integrated into the community
  2. build a great experience for residents, workers, visitors and guests
  3. promote strong societal gain, tolerance and inclusiveness as well as diversity
  4. optimize returns for developers, investors, owners and tenants too
  5. protect the environment
  6. be self sufficient (or close to it) in terms of food and energy production
  7. reduce waste
  8. embrace the FEHAJ (for every home a job) movement.

On October 9th, 2019 at noon ET join us online to talk these issues through and listen to our distinguished guests. It’s also a chance to ask them questions and to voice your views as well.
