Prof Bruce’s Garage Office with New Outdoor Meeting Area
Here’s my garage office with a “new” outdoor meeting area–using recycled (metal) patio furniture.
Not the most comfortable seats ever, but really really cheap, ie, free.
Note the help I’m getting from my dad (lower right) holding the person-door to the garage office open.

Please also note another advantage of having a garage office–I can plug my vacuum cleaner into the ceiling/avoiding getting (too) entangled with its blasted cord…

postscript: here’s the garage door I really wanted but couldn’t afford for two reasons–it cost more to purchase and provided practically no R-value in terms of its insulating capabilities:
