Product Advisor versus Salesperson
I was
visiting with my friends at Tony Graham Toyota recently and I noticed this—they
don’t them car salespeople anymore; they’re “product advisors” now, which is
the ONLY way to sell today.
It’s
exactly what I’ve been talking about for quite a while now—selling by getting on the same side of the
table as your clients and becoming their trusted advisor.
