Plan to Digitize Every Single Piece of Paper
I’m trying to keep 0 paper around; instead I digitize everything that comes into our office and then give them good quality (ie, highly descriptive) names so we can find these documents later… on our computers.
Pet peeve?
Would people please stop using an 18th century technology (the stapler–first used by French King Louis XV) that requires undoing before feeding a stack of pages into our fast scanner?
