Improve Your Energy Level and Immune System
My friend Earlana Lavergne says that you can improve your energy level by tapping lightly 20 times just under your collar bone (on both sides at the same time). Repeat as often as needed.
She added that to boost your immune system, tap your middle chakra (where your thymus gland is, just above your solar plexus) lightly with your fist.
Worked for me.
ps. she also says if you are stressed or angry, stroke upwards on your forehead between your eyebrows.
pps. Earlana says she learned these techniques via an energy healer friend of hers, but she is sure it is all in Donna Eden’s book Energy Medicine, an amazing book on self healing.
