How to do the impossible

By Bruce Firestone | Business Coaching

My personal tagline is: MAKING IMPOSSIBLE POSSIBLE.

Easy to say, maybe hard to do.

Here’s a clue on how to make the impossible happen–Saint Francis of Assisi proffered, “Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.”

Sir Winston Churchill said it differently, “If you’re going through hell, keep going.”

Something else I use to guide me is counter-intuitive: Never do today what you could do tomorrow. Seems like an excuse for procrastination, but I use it to make sure that I am doing the absolutely most important things today and nothing else.
