Do We Build Cities and Towns for Cars or for People?
I vote for people.
We should be putting these rubber targets down the middle of every busy street to calm traffic, to remind people that driving a two ton car is a big responsibility, and that they should watch out for pedestrians, cyclists and pedestrians.
