Nope, they asked their suppliers for theirs.

How can Jack Ryan Jewelry afford to put such a great newsletter together? They don’t; they use an e-magazine instead.

OK then, how can they afford that?

Easy. They let their suppliers advertise in their magazine so their marketing is a negative cost to them.
