Business models, I see business models… everywhere

A new business model for a server in a pub

Last night, my daughter Miriam and I, and my spouse, Dawn, were playing with our iPhones after dinner. I know, I know, sounds crazy.

But Mimi showed us and helped us (actually, she did all the work) to create self-Bitmojis.

Here’s Mimi’s:

Here’s Dawn:

And here’s moi:

With the Bitmoji (free) app, you get to dress up your avatar in different clothes and different expressions accompanied by various sayings.

We sat around the dinner table for half an hour laughing and playing, and we texted each other silly-looking Bitmojis before I finally stopped and said, “Mimi! Why not have a Bitmoji night at your pub (where Meems is a server)? It’d be like paint nite (https://www.paintnite.com/) except you don’t need quite as much talent. I see a bar full of customers, and there you are teaching them how to create and use Bitmojis. Imagine the tips you’ll get!”

She’s already a very successful server; but now she can add this to her personal biz model so she can have even more fun with her regulars and make more money too.

MAKING IMPOSSIBLE POSSIBLE

postscript: there must be thousands more free apps that Mimi could download and master and so when folks get tired of Bitmoji nite, it’s on to the next BIG thing.
