12 Motorcycle Hand Signals I need to Relearn
Now that I’ve sorta inherited my wife’s commuter e-bike after she crashed it*, I had to relearn my m-cycle hand signals.
I probably won’t need the “cops ahead” signal though; our Vancouver-made Torino e-bike won’t go much above 40 kph. We will need, however, to add a 2nd lithium-ion battery, connected in parallel. Its range on just 1 battery is supposed to be 40 to 50 klicks, but it’s more like 25.

I used to ride Honda’s SL-125 trail bike on paths in an Aboriginal reserve behind our home when we lived in Sydney Australia’s Frenchs Forest, and a Bonneville 650 (both shown above) before that when I lived in Montreal, but it looks like I’ve come down a bit in the world.

* Dawn (also shown above) has inherited our 10-year old Saab-95. Cars like the Saab don’t get old, they become collector cars, especially since Saab went bankrupt. Apart from repainting it and maintaining it, the car performs excellently… even better, we own it not the bank.
